These chapters periodically organize various professional and personal developmental programs like seminars, workshops, conferences, finance and management conventions, and also interact informally over dinners, family gettogether and other networking programs to bond together as a group.

The members have certain exclusive privileges like access to the alumni website www.cimbag.org where they can register themselves and use various user friendly features such as access to Icfai university press and its publications, get regular updates on job opportunities through mail and through job postings on the website.

Facility to post resume is also made available for the benefit of members. Many prospective employers login in the employer zone to find suitable candidates for hiring that result in job opportunities for the members.

Mission & Governance: CIMBAG is primarily focused to help the members through multiple membership services; and also works to promote and disseminate the philosophy and values of the ICFAI University by interacting closely with its members and the corporate world. CIMBAG functions under the overall guidance of a Board of Governors. Chapter Executive Committees (CECs), consisting of alumni members from different batches and of varying backgrounds, guide the functioning  of CIMBAG at the chapter level. The CECs are responsible for organizing and conducting all local events and activities.

Alumni Relations Officers and Managers are also posted at various cities for the benefit of the alumni and the CIMBAG chapters to assist them in organizing alumni events. They provide the necessary support to the Chapters to execute their calendar of events and give the required administrative and functional support to make the alumni initiatives a success.
